When purchasing one of our packages, the customer makes it clear and declares that he has read, understood and accepted our service policy established on this page called SITE POLICY. Our prices are well below the average of advertising agencies because it is our strategy to gain new clients. It is starting like this, little by little, that we believe to win the client's trust for bigger Jobs (works and projects). In addition, we use communication platforms of extreme quality, but accessible, so we can pass this savings on to the client, offering the lowest prices in the market for professional work.

2• Deadline for replying to emails

Eatlogos makes every effort to have e-mails answered as quickly as possible, preferably on the same day or within 3 business days, but reserves the right to reply to e-mails and customer requests to respond within the same day. maximum of 05 (five) business days, or following the deadlines determined in the packages, never exceeding the maximum of 05 (five) business days, except in extremely relevant situations.

3. Hours of Operation

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, on weekdays. 4• The Service Provided Eatlogos.net

EATLOGOS serves all customers with a service provided with maximum excellence and established in accordance with this policy, specifically:

4.1-  Delivery: The delivery period for the first versions, after purchasing and filling out the creation preferences in what we call "briefing", is 7 working days without fail. If there is any setback due to force majeure, the customer will be duly notified and if they do not agree, we will honor the return of their money. 

4.2 – Delivery: Some logos will be sent for customer approval, based on the briefing filled out right after the purchase and formalized via e-mail.

4.3 – Changes: The deadline for delivery of the respective changes, if any and requested by the customer after receiving the first versions, is a maximum of 4 working days, as the project needs to be re-evaluated and recreated to meet expectations.

4.4 – All changes must be formally submitted by Whatsapp. No changes will be made via phone or chat; in this way we optimize our time, thus achieving more quality in the results.

4.5 – The final files will be delivered in high resolution and editable quality, ready to use. They will be sent in all versions generally used by the graphic medium, both for printing and for virtual use in the respective extensions: ".cdr" (CorelDraw) and high quality PDF. Final files will only be delivered with the company's or customer's final written approval by email.

4.6 – Changing the name of the company or the client is not possible, considering that the project has already started and the related demands have been provided. Projects (jobs) are managed with Start, Development and End. Start is the definition of the name of the company or client that will be served, with the filling out of the briefing information in item 4.1. Development are the desired assessments and revisions, within the standards of item 4.4; and End is the delivery of the final project file after the client's approval and within the norms of item 4.5.

4.7 – After the delivery of the files described in items 4.5, it will no longer be possible to change or adjust without charging technical hours (as stipulated upon request). Eatlogos understands that after written approval via email and submission of the final files, the company or customer is fully satisfied with the work (job) presented and therefore there are no further changes or adjustments to be made. The files described above will be delivered and made available, in order to close the job.

4.8 - Eatlogos reserves the right to have a margin of tolerance of 04 (four) business days within the terms established herein if extra attention to the project is required or if there is any sporadic failure, in order to deliver a better quality result to the customer . In any case, any time difference will be duly informed to the customer.

4.9 - Jobs (projects) without responses or return by the customer for more than 10 calendar days, will be considered abandoned and may be resumed upon payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the original value of the project.

4.10 – Jobs (projects) without a response or return from the customer for more than 10 calendar days, will be considered abandoned and cannot be resumed, except with the proper authorization of the Eatlogos management.

4.11 – Eatlogos works with alterations and changes until the client's approval and invests all efforts to provide quality and excellent service; in this way, after the beginning, development and approval, it is made available in full and delivered, which characterizes the complete completion and completion of the service. If the customer has received and requested more versions  however, without success in the approvals or completion of the work, due to the excessive number of unsuccessful attempts, even after aligning with the customer to resolve this issue, Eatlogos reserves the right to terminate and terminate the service upon payment of the total 30% paid by the client, this feature will be postponed and avoided as much as possible and will only be used in extreme cases where it is clearly necessary.

4.12 – Formalization of work: The purchase by the customer of any package or service through the website makes it clear that the customer has read this website policy page, agreeing with the items presented here and duly inserted in the website menu.

4.13 - After the Job (project) has started, because we have invested time and effort in the development of the project versions proposed in customer service, according to the website's policy, requests for return or refund will only be accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code , in accordance with article 49, of chapter six, on Contractual Protection, of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code) – Law No. 8078, of September 11, 1990.

4.14 - The parties elect the jurisdiction of the city of Curitiba, Paraná, to resolve or settle any disputes arising from this instrument, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may appear.

5 • The services and creation of Eatlogos

Our policy is to offer the best service in every way: service, quality, care in what we do and attention to detail, because we really dedicate ourselves with love and effort. It is our gift, a form of recognition and gratitude, as well as our obligation. We understand that in the creation, in all senses, whether authorship in journalism, literature, musical composition or any other art, there may, at a given time, some coincidence, be it some type of letter (font), image or even the conception of a symbol or drawing. If this eventuality occurs in our creation services, whether in the layout, any design, slogan, video, website, animation, texture, etc., we make a point of providing the appropriate change or rectification at no further cost to Eatlogos/Domsites. 

Important Considerations about the ORIGINALITY of the work performed:

Our SERVICE POLICY informs and therefore makes you AWARE that as in any area related to Creation, Product Design, Architecture, etc., all creation is the result of ideas, TOGETHER with the request, suggestion and approval between CONTRACTOR AND CONTRACTOR may there are risks of possible coincidence of the same idea, logo, image or illustration. The world is very big and it really can happen. The CONTRACTOR strives for maximum originality, but coincidences can really happen with logo symbologies, fonts, layout and even in the sense of Photographic Creation: even images purchased on paid sites may also be purchased by other users , the sites themselves do not guarantee exclusive use. Studio or external photographic images, for example, we make it clear that the only way to obtain total originality will be to hire a photographer by the CONTRACTING PARTY and producing the photos themselves one by one, even though there may eventually be coincidences in terms of background, style, concept, framing or focused objects. Once this step is clarified, the CONTRACTED PARTY, by accepting these terms, declares that it accepts these coincidence possibilities and assumes responsibility for the costs, excluding the CONTRACTED PARTY from any responsibility for works and images previously approved by the CONTRACTING PARTY.
 

Portfolio: The Client authorizes the inclusion of case studies and images of the project proposed here to be used exclusively for the purpose of publicizing the domsites.com.br or elcid.com.br portfolio, in compliance with law 9,610/98.

All information submitted to us by the client during the budget process for this project will be kept confidential until such time as the project becomes public.

Likewise, the information, steps and methodologies contained in this contract are confidential and cannot be presented to other professionals without our express written consent.

Ratifying, our intention, in this paragraph, is to highlight that eventualities can happen, be it a delay due to an unscheduled emergency, an error, or a coincidence that is naturally possible to happen in all scopes and segments of creation.

Customer registration data are 100% protected and secure and are not sold or made available to third parties, and any improper use in this regard is expressly prohibited.
